At South Seminole Academy, we prepare students for a tech-driven future through our 1-to-1 iPad initiative. Every SSA student is equipped with a personal iPad to fuel classroom engagement, innovation, and interactive learning across all subjects.

Why Digital Learning at SSA?

  • Interactive Instruction: Students access dynamic digital content, interactive media, and real-time research tools directly at their desks.

  • Creative & Critical Thinking: iPads empower students to produce video projects, design digital art, code, and solve problems creatively.

  • Seamless Collaboration: Shared digital workspaces allow students and teachers to give feedback, share ideas, and work together effortlessly.

Getting Started with Your Student Device

To ensure every student is connected on day one, families complete three quick steps during enrollment:

  1. Sign the Technology Agreement: Review and submit the digital Student/Parent Technology Form online.

  2. Submit the Technology Fee: Pay the annual tech fee securely through MySchoolBucks or at the front office.

  3. Apply for Fee Support: Families qualifying for meal benefits can submit a Technology Fee Waiver Request during registration.

Once onboarding steps are completed, students receive their dedicated iPad and charger to launch their digital learning journey at South Seminole Academy.
