While students are off enjoying their well-deserved summer break, the halls of South Seminole Academy are buzzing with transformation and preparation for an incredible 2025-2026 school year!

Our campus is undergoing a vibrant makeover with fresh paint in our new school colors and brand-new flooring throughout the building. These updates are just the beginning of a larger vision to create a dynamic and inspiring learning environment for our students.

One of the most exciting developments is the progress in our Career and Technical Education (CTE) labs. These innovative spaces are being carefully prepared to support hands-on, future-focused learning. Students can look forward to exploring:

• A cutting-edge cybersecurity lab
• An immersive simulation lab
• A creative makerspace
• A collaborative presentation and teamwork area
• A fully equipped TV studio
• A modern computer lab

Painting is well underway, and new floors are being installed in preparation for the arrival of furniture and equipment that will bring these labs to life.

But it’s not just the facilities getting a refresh—our dedicated teachers are also hard at work! They’re designing rigorous, engaging, and project-based learning units that will challenge and inspire students from day one. Meanwhile, our school counselors are busy crafting student schedules to ensure every learner has a year filled with opportunity, growth, and discovery.
